I seem to have missed the part in
our primary purpose where we were
to stop smoking. I don't smoke
any longer but don't deny others
the right to smoke. I have a sus-
picion that alcohol would have done
me in long before tobacco got there. This fool should take his
soapbox and go down the road.

Personally, I gave up drugs and king alcohol. I dont care to quit smoking....as of now. Thanks though.

Hello everyone I am new. I hit my bottom 10 days ago. I have had to move to a new state in the meantime and leave everything behind.I found a local AA meeting as soon as I arrived and have been attending everyday. I am trying to keep it simple, am going thrue a very difficult time. I am excited about this website hope to get some strength & hope.

good luck on your recovery I have only been sober about 60 days and its really hard.
Dont give up, and be careful about the new people you meet in your new environment.

ive had good feelings and bad feelings since ive decided to get sober my moods swing in all kinds of directions i know that i have to take it one day at atime and that is a relief change is the hardest thing ive ever done but i am starting to see the light i know it works and i will keep fighting until god has lifted this off me
